Lighting Products

For Mushroom Lamps, Crystal Lamps, Retro Lamps and all our decorative lighting items:

• Do not use with incompatible power supplies or voltage outside the rated range printed on the product or adapter.
• Avoid submerging the lamp in water or exposing it to prolonged high humidity unless the product description explicitly states it is waterproof.
• Unplug before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth; do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives or alcohol-based cleaners.
• Keep away from open flames, high heat sources and direct prolonged sunlight to prevent discoloration or material deformation.
• Not intended as children’s toy. Keep out of reach of young children to avoid choking hazards or electric risks.
• Turn off and disconnect power if you notice unusual heat, smoke, strange odors or flickering malfunctions.

Any damage caused by improper use, misuse, overvoltage, unauthorized modification, accidental drops, water damage or failure to follow care instructions will not be covered by our support or warranty remedies.
